There was no pushing of unnecessary surgery, and they even removed the surgery another plastic surgery clinic had recommended, which made me trust them. The doctor is not especially friendly, but unlike the consultation manager, he does not push unnecessary procedures and spoke to me straightforwardly, which I appreciated.
