Seeing the hospital's promotional phrase, "no accidents," made me decide to come in for a consultation. The consultation manager explained things kindly and in detail, and I also had a doctor consultation, where they were straightforward, said what needed to be said, and asked if I had any questions. The only issue was that there was a bit of a wait for the consultation..
