I had this done 4 years ago. My under-eye fat was originally very prominent and I had severe ptosis... Even now, if I don’t open my eyes with my forehead, they don’t open well, and the asymmetry is severe... T_T Even when I told the clinic at the time that they looked uneven, they just said it was swelling, but the line is completely different, with one side being an in-line and the other an out-line... People around me said it was okay, so I’m not completely dissatisfied, but my friend also consulted there, and they recommended the exact same surgery method...
