First of all, I spent more time talking with the consulting manager than with the doctor. So it really felt like a total waste of both time and money. There was no pressure at all to pay a deposit, which I liked, but the consulting manager explained how the surgery would be done. And the wait was pretty long too, which was annoying T_T
