The ENT consultation director, or whoever was wearing a red jacket, had such a stiff and unfriendly way of speaking. Even the phone response was surprisingly unfriendly... The doctor's consultation was actually a minus too.. maybe because they were so busy, it felt rushed. Only the plastic surgery consultation director and the person at the front desk were kind
