The staff were kind and the hospital facilities were good. Maybe the director was busy, so the waiting time was a bit long, and the manager also gave the consultation kindly. The director explained things kindly, but it wasn't a detailed explanation because they were very busy, and that was disappointing. I wish they had given more supplementary explanations
