They said the director was busy, but he talked so fast that the consultation seemed to be over in about 3 minutes... And when I said I wanted to avoid costal cartilage because of side effects and use only autologous cartilage, the manager's attitude changed completely... I guess it's because using costal cartilage makes the price higher..
