The doctor was so rude that even on the day of surgery I wanted to go home without having it done. The satisfaction after surgery was so bad that I honestly thought I shouldn’t have done it. I was still furious even one or two months later; it was the worst. They said there would be no extra fees, but even for follow-up checks they charged 20,000 won each time. It was the first time I’d ever had to pay just to go in for a follow-up. The ENT doctor was kind. The way the hospital behaved made me feel like they saw me as a sucker, which made me even angrier. Even on the day of surgery, when I asked about things I didn’t understand, they said they would just take care of it. But in the end it didn’t even suit me. Shouldn’t they have done what I wanted? lol It was truly the worst.
