lol I really thought I had walked into a street market the moment I went in. First of all, the basic wait is an hour, and the managers are nowhere to be seen. The staff talk casually to each other and it was so noisy I thought I would die. But the thing that made it feel definitely like a factory was that they even had a separate ENT department. Even the consultation itself felt awful, so do not go.
