Recommended autologous cartilage grafting after implant removal. Open surgery was recommended. Showing the image right away with Photoshop was good. I changed the consultation direction to say I wanted removal and did not want revision surgery, but in the end the conclusion was steered toward revision surgery (open + autologous cartilage... ear or rib). It seemed they were more confident about revision surgery than removal. The doctor explained things kindly and in detail, mainly through the consultation with the surgeon rather than the general manager.
