I went for surgery after consulting because I thought it would be nice to slightly reduce the length of my chin tip. The doctor was the kind who just gave the necessary information in a 5-minute cut, and the manager was kind. They said they reduced it by 4 to 5 mm. Of course the result was ruined, but that was my own misjudgment, so the responsibility is much more mine than the hospital's. Still, when I went to another hospital for a CT diagnosis for revision surgery, the surgical result was quite different from what I had been told, so I was a little taken aback.
