I went there on a friend's recommendation, and the director seemed busy. The consultation was very short, and the lower eyelid consultation took maybe 10 seconds? I had to wait a bit too long, but the consultation manager was kind, and since only one side of my double eyelid had loosened, I wanted to do only one side, which they said was possible. The price was very, very low compared to other places. Maybe because a friend recommended it??
