Even though I changed the reservation time several times by phone before the consultation, I was glad they kindly kept the appointment for me. As we started the consultation, the manager said it would be better for me to listen carefully to the director's explanation and ask questions rather than focusing on the manager's own explanation, and that part gave me some trust. When the director came, he explained things in detail, clearly identified only the issues I actually had, and explained only which method would be good for me, without recommending any additional surgery, and that was the best part for me.
