The consultation manager was strangely rude, like looking down while talking..? Just saying things like, 'I look at your eyes and think, oh, so you came because of this, then we should just do this and this'.. It felt like the manager was getting ahead of themselves. But the surgery would be done by the doctor anyway, so I guess that part does not matter. The doctor adjusted the line and gave a personal recommendation, and although they were kind, it did not feel like they explained things in a detailed, step-by-step way. I did not really get the feeling that this was the place for me, and they pushed a same-day deposit, so I just left.
