I went to the consultation with very high expectations after watching the YouTube video, but the director seemed extremely sensitive and stiff, as if something bad had happened, and the consultation manager was so openly unfriendly and rude that it was bad. Compared with my expectations, this hospital was the complete opposite, so it was disappointing.
