The director was very kind and explained things well! I really liked the before-and-after of the surgery, but the cost was too burdensome so I just left. The discount for putting down the reservation deposit on the same day was also quite large, and maybe it is just me, but personally I felt a bit like they were bundling in inner and outer canthoplasty.
