Be aware that because there are a lot of people, you may have to wait. I could start with the consultation with the director, and his confidence made me trust him. He listened to my concerns, asked what direction I wanted, and felt like he was telling me the best option for me based on that. After the director's consultation, I had another consultation with the manager, who explained various things, including price and surgery aftercare. I liked that there was no fixed time limit per person for the consultation.
