I asked at another place a few years ago whether the line I wanted from my first surgery was possible, and whether a canthoplasty would be possible for the revision surgery. They said the canthoplasty could be done if I wanted it, and the line could be adjusted again, so it was possible. They also carefully checked the double fold that was overlapping and explained how it would be done. I tend to worry a lot about revision surgery, and they also advised me to go to several consultations and think about it enough. Since it is a hospital specializing in revision surgery, they consulted sincerely while empathizing with the parts I was worried about.
