The way they spoke was vague. I said I came because I was worried about these issues and wanted to hear a specialist's opinion on whether surgery would help, and they just turned on before-and-after photos and said surgery could improve it. That was the end of the consultation. I know they are a famous doctor, but I was way too shocked.
