I met the consultation manager first, then the director. The manager was extremely kind and explained everything in great detail. But in the director consultation.. I was also excited to go in feeling like I was meeting a star, but unlike what I had imagined, he was so rigid and just had a style of saying exactly what he needed to say and stopping there. He recommended two types of contouring, but he spoke as if even jaw surgery would be effective for my face, making it sound like it wasn't a difficult operation at all, and he seemed very confident.
