I went for a consultation about revision cheekbone surgery, and the consultation staff gave me the strong impression that they see patients as money and are very businesslike. The consultation with the chief doctor was unfriendly. The explanation was half-hearted, and it felt like, what on earth did they mess up the surgery like this for? I was completely offended and felt stabbed in the heart
