Maybe because they were busy, the consultation ended too quickly, which was disappointing. The consultation manager felt like they were recommending several surgeries. But the director was honest and only talked about the parts that really needed to be done. I think the director was the one who pinpointed the nose area that bothers me. Overall, I was satisfied with the consultation with the director.
