The doctor at the now-closed clinic was kind and seemed knowledgeable, but the staff's friendliness was just so-so. The surgical result improved the wrinkles by 50 percent, but I also developed hair loss. This is the kind of surgery where if you gain something, you lose something. If your wrinkles are not that severe, I wouldn't recommend it. But if the wrinkles are deeply etched, I recommend it.
