I had fat repositioning done, and later my eyes gradually started to sag, so I also had revision canthoplasty for the outer corners and epicanthoplasty for the inner corners. It turned out well, and I trust them. The fat repositioning was completely successful, and back then I also had fat grafting to the cheeks, but my fat never goes away, so later I actually regretted it. It was too puffy..
