I had a full-face fat graft using autologous fat 8 years ago, and it still hasn't gone away. It also didn't become the kind of overdone fat grafting you often see, and it has stayed naturally for a long time, so I’m still satisfied. They took the fat from my butt, but there was no scar left there either.
