I had full-face fat grafting + MISCO + MISCHIN surgery in 2014. I had a second round as well, and maybe because it has settled in well, it has stayed fine without side effects to this day. The take rate was high, so personally I am very satisfied! That said, when I had the fat grafting back then, I also had MISCO + MISCHIN done at the same time, where threads were inserted into the nose tip and chin tip to make them sharper. But scar tissue formed under my chin, so the tip of my chin became slightly crooked. It is not very noticeable unless you look closely, but if you pay attention, you can tell. The doctor and staff were not especially kind. Just so-so!
