The director's consultation overall gives a reliable feeling. He seemed confident. I went in for a consultation because the before-and-after photos made the effect look good, and the director's explanation made me trust him. However, although it wasn't a forced booking, there was some recommending of other procedures too, so aside from that it was fine. He explained things in a very friendly way, and the facility was clean, which made it better. There was a bit of a wait, but if you make a reservation in advance, it's not like you have to wait a huge amount.
