As soon as I got there, while filling out a questionnaire, it seemed like they were having me fill out the consent form for surgery in advance. It said that if malpractice is not recognized, I would have to bear it myself and the hospital would handle it, so I ruled it out for now. The counseling manager was nice, but since I did not proceed to a consultation with the director, I just hesitated and removed it from my list. They said they ask about CCTV information disclosure. The hospital facilities seem good.
