I had an initial consultation with the manager, then met the director. Because I did not have much fat, the manager said I should do a second round with frozen fat, but most places seem to do a second round with fresh fat, so that felt a bit odd. They said I could also do it with fresh fat if I paid extra. It was nice that I could see photos of similar cases during the consultation. They said harvesting from the abdomen would be difficult and that I would probably need to use the thighs. The director looked at me and said fat grafting seemed definitely necessary.
