The doctor didn't recommend anything excessively and only talked about what was really necessary. Since I'm slim, I don't have much fat to harvest, so they recommended not forcing it and doing only as much as is reasonable. If I wanted to do a second round, they said to leave enough for that here, and so on. I also asked about the arms, and they said there was nothing to do and told me not to do it. The consultation manager also didn't push same-day booking or anything like that, and said it was fine to do it now or think more about it if I wanted, which felt neat. They also said I didn't have to do stem cells specifically and could do PRP or similar, and even that wasn't necessary. It was basically like that!
