I went because they said the consultation was good, and they really did consult carefully at a level that matched the patient's perspective. Looking at the before-and-after photos, the director's confident attitude, the pretty line, the cost that was better than I expected, and the fact that they only do 3 surgeries a day made me trust them even more.
