I went in for a consultation for my first double eyelid surgery, and I did not feel that they examined me very carefully.. I think I talked with the director for about 5 minutes, and then with the coordinator, and when I asked if eye correction surgery had any side effects, they flatly said there was no such thing. That actually made me trust them less.
