The doctor, the consultation manager, and the staff were all generally kind! What stood out to me was that the doctor spoke firmly to me, since my double eyelids had already come undone several times. I thought the fact that he said the most suitable option for my eyes was an incisional method for a hidden double eyelid was an honest consultation :)
