First of all, I liked that there was only one main doctor, and the price was reasonable. The doctor seemed calm and honest, so I was completely satisfied. The consultation director was generally kind, but gave the feeling of being stuck in a rut, and the price quoted during the in-person consultation was different when I booked by phone.. (it was lower) I don't know whether I got confused or they originally planned to charge more.
