Because I work, getting a Saturday consultation took three weeks. The director looked at my face first and explained everything carefully. He even drew diagrams and explained them in detail. After that, the consultation coordinator explained based on the materials the director had written and showed me before-and-after photos on the monitor. I liked the before-and-after photos so much that I put down the reservation deposit and left.
