The doctor consultation was fine, but the kindness of the consultants or the way the service responded was really poor. They told me on the phone that there were many waiting customers, so I could wait, so I didn't rush and arrived 10-15 minutes late. Being late was my fault, but they said I could wait, and then I was told I couldn't see the doctor without any prior notice. (This was when I had taken a half-day off work.) At another time slot, they also didn't consult me at the scheduled time, and the consultation got delayed. When I said I had other schedules and hoped they'd see me at the reserved time, I was told again that I couldn't see the doctor. Are they kidding me?.. Even making an appointment is extremely difficult on a regular basis. 2 weeks to 1 month is the norm, and if things are handled like this, I wonder whether aftercare can even be received properly.
