I went for a consultation because of liposuction and fat grafting. The manager was kind, but above all the doctor was extremely kind. He said my face did not need liposuction, and that this face should have contouring haha, saying it was a face that would respond well to contouring. He said he used to do contouring in the past, but does not do it now, and introduced a few contouring hospitals, telling me they were good places and that I should go consult there. That made me trust him.
