Because I kept frowning, I had a sunken forehead and had lost cheek volume as I got older, so after deciding on full-face fat grafting, I dissolved the filler in the tear trough before surgery.... My under-eyes were so deeply hollow it looked like someone had scooped them out with a spoon, and even after the first graft there was no improvement. I sent photos to the manager, and they said it would get better in 3 weeks, but even 10 months after the second graft, my under-eyes are still hollow exactly the same. I have consulted other places too, but it seems there is no way other than filling the hollow area with filler.
