The doctor is professional and fairly kind in consultation. They don't recommend unnecessary surgery and point out exactly what's lacking. The surgery cost seems about average, and I was moved that the doctor personally came to check the condition when the stitches for the fat graft were removed. Separately from the doctor's skill, I think fat grafting would need a second round to get a satisfying amount of volume.
