First of all, the staff were kind and the facility was clean, so I liked that. The director also gave a good consultation, but his eyes were almost closed and he looked so, so tired that I hesitated to keep asking questions lol I thought it was probably because he had so many surgeries. I found them through YouTube. For now, I plan to get consultations at other places and then decide.
