Honestly, this is not about the surgery itself, but I am posting a review of the consultation. First of all, it was really chaotic, and what was ridiculous was this: I had originally booked the consultation for 4:00 PM, but the day before they told me to come 30 minutes earlier?! So I took my car that day, but there was nowhere to park, so in the end I arrived exactly at 3:45 PM (15 minutes earlier than the original appointment time). But without any special reason or explanation, they just made me sit and wait for about an hour to an hour and a half.. The consultation went manager, doctor, manager in that order.. The problem was that during the consultation there was no proper explanation of the after-surgery course or anything like that. The consultation itself was just average.. The bigger problem was that they showed no understanding or consideration for the waiting time of the patient.. The director seemed more interested in YouTube or appearing on the hospital website broadcast.. I did not feel any sincerity. And he did not really look me in the eye properly.. In short, the level of trust was basically zero. The manager was fairly kind, but the staff there seemed a bit like they did whatever they wanted.. They did not even look very busy, but they acted like they were busy? That is the kind of impression I got a lot.
