I booked the earliest morning consultation at 11:30, and after seeing posts saying the consultation would take a long time, I went at 11:00, but... it took 1 hour until the manager consultation and the doctor consultation were done. Still, compared with other hospitals, the consultation was more detailed, so I did not have any complaints. They examined my face by touching it and talked only about the parts that were truly necessary, without overtreatment, which made me trust them. It was also good that the surgeries were only one team in the morning and one team in the afternoon, so it did not feel factory-like.
