I like that they take a CT scan first and explain things in detail. It's good because you can tell whether it's fat or bone. But after the consultation, when I was about to leave and didn't make an immediate surgery reservation, the consultation coordinator kept holding me back, which was a little uncomfortable.. Please stop holding me back..^^ That said, they weren't unfriendly or anything like that.
