I knew the wait time would be long, but it was really long.. Even meeting the manager took a long wait, and seeing the director was even harder. After meeting them, we only talked for about 2 or 3 minutes, and rather than a professional, detailed discussion, it felt more like, 'We will do this and this here.' It didn't feel especially kind or trustworthy In contrast, I talked with the manager for much longer, and the manager seemed very kind and professional. But they recommended a lot of things bundled together, so it was hard for me to handle
