The marks on my face are from the compression bandage! ➡️ Reason I'm 160/46, a slim build, but ever since high school, whenever I took a photo, my face always came out looking flat and wide.. My face isn't even big, but I've always had a complex, wondering whether it was because of unnecessary fat on my face or because my facial bones were really big! Then this year, my sister and I seriously debated whether I should get square jaw contouring for my face..? But it was so expensive, and surgically it's a procedure that puts a lot of force on the face, so I couldn't just decide recklessly.. ➡️ Why I chose A-Top Just then, my close friend had buccal fat liposuction at A-Top, and after seeing how much prettier she looked, I decided to get liposuction too! ➡️ Consultation review What a stroke of genius it was what I thought was a square jaw was all fat, not bone;;; CT really seems incredibly important. Luckily, my hyoid bone was positioned high and in a very good position, and below that, the total fat thickness above and below the jaw muscle was a whopping 17 mm.. Even the side cheeks were all fat.. The manager and the doctor both had the same view, and they only suggested what was really necessary. I love that there was no overtreatment.. They said they wouldn't do fillers or lifting on my face. Just liposuction and it would probably be enough to get Botox for the square jaw. So I ended up having 15 cc and 10 cc taken from both cheeks, and 70 cc from the double chin lolㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ My sister and I kept giggling while looking at the amount of fat in our faces on the CT, but once I was actually in front of the operating room, I got scared and started shaking badly.. ➡️ Hospital atmosphere Because I was scared, they kept saying nice things and helped me regain calm, and before the surgery started they made sure I wouldn't feel anxious. It was my first time having deep sedation anesthesia, so I was scared, but then I was like, "Why isn't the anesthesia k--" and fell asleep lol Without even dreaming, I suddenly came to and was lying on a recliner. ➡️ How I feel after surgery It's exactly day 1 right now, I removed the tape from my face, went to the pharmacy today to buy saline and gauze, cleaned it, put on DuoDERM, cleaned the inside of my mouth, wore the compression bandage, and have been doing cold compresses very diligently since yesterday, My sister and I keep looking at my face and being so amazed.. I don't have even one bruise.. I did this without my parents knowing, and I don't think they'll ever find out lol Normally I get bruise bombs even from InMode alone, so it's amazing that this has no bruising.. My face line is so pretty that I keep smiling to myself ㅋㅅㅋ I'm really looking forward to day 7ㅠ Oh, and the compression bandage and cold compresses are the most important! But an older sister I know had it done here, and she got a jaw complication.. It really seems to vary from person to person....
