I got a consultation, and it was detailed, but they didn't explain things like the surgery method and I spent a long time hearing that my eyes were droopy. I wanted an in-out line, but they recommended an out line, saying my eyes were only suitable for out. The line they drew was not bad, but since my eyes aren't very long, they did look a bit round. I think this depends on the person.
