I went for a consultation because they said they would make it look natural, and there were surprisingly a lot of people, so everyone seemed busy. The consultation was not long, but I felt they explained only the essentials, and that they were trying to make it look natural. The consultation was fine, but I was not drawn to it, so I had surgery elsewhere, but if you want a natural result, I think it might be worth getting a consultation here.
