The doctor was kind, the facilities were good, and the waiting time was long, but overall it seemed like a place with potential. The problem is the consultation manager. It felt like, 'Figure out the surgery method yourself, if you want the surgery then do it, if not then don't. There are side effects.. you figure it out.' I've never backed out of surgery because of a manager before.
