The consultation was so long ago that I don't know whether that director is still there, but I remember that most of the consultation was done with the manager! I went in for double eyelid surgery, but they said I had ptosis and talked about a method that would involve making an incision in the forehead area T_T Since I was a student at the time, it felt like a fairly big surgery, and when I had consulted elsewhere, no one had really mentioned ptosis, so I didn't get the surgery at that hospital T_T
