I had a consultation 3 years ago. I can't remember the doctor's name, but even though I went when there were a lot of people, they were really kind and explained things in an easy-to-understand way, so it was pretty good. But since there were so many people, it felt like they were busy, and I worried they might do the surgery hurriedly and carelessly, so I didn't go through with the surgery just because of that feeling.
